Thanks for your reply from RAL.  So, that mean you and RAL are collaborated
with and these email show that you and RAL are very unethical and inhumanity.
 RAL say that they have sent in last week.  Is that mean which days? I already
checked at 24th of August 2009.  There is no payment to my father's bank
account.  My mother gave to RAL of dead line date is 22nd of August 2009.  My
mother already said in last of her email clearly that if RAL did not send
before the dead line, RAL is taking the deceased, Capt. Aung Myint's money
with unfairness, unethical, inhumanity, racism, and discriminating on other
 
nationality and other nationality employee.  Even if RAL send money after dead
line date, that money only means that the lawyer's advising fee from 10th
November 2008 to 21st July 2009.  Lawyer's advising fee is 1500 US$ per month.
 The lawyer's advising fee is 12500 US$.  So, Gretchen said that they send
12125.98 US$.   RAL shall still need to send 15080.  US $ 80 is RAL promised
me that they will send my postal service fee.  That US $ 80 is four times we
sent RAL in postal service.

RAL think that they are fair enough to response?  Did RAL think that they are
fair and reasonable enough to hold for my father's salary for very long time?
 Over 1 year and 8 months?

I would like to ask RAL the following questions-

1.      Why RAL did take my father's salary over 1 year and 8 months?  I just said
in my previous email that if RAL do not have believed in me, RAL can come to
Myanmar and give my father's salary? Even asking from four persons including
me and my mother, they only asked on behalf of my mother. Not for other person.
2.      Why RAL did not send PM Report until now, 7th September 2009?
3.      RAL only give my father's salary total amount of US $ 10900.17 which is the
November 2007 salary payment when the time I have been contacting with RAL.
After we discussed with Lawyers, we have known that there have to be from 1st
December 2007 to 4th December 2007 salary.  So, KFA and RAL both are
responsible for this matter.  Because of this matter, RAL shall give back the
lawyer's advising fee of 15000 US $.  I think that it is reasonable and fair
enough.  As per contact with RAL and my father, all payment shall be made
before 10th day of the later month.  But KFA took my father's 1st December
2007 to 4th December 2007 Salary payment and RAL did not asked for it until
our lawyer asked and KFA did made payment of it until 21st January 2009.  So,
we should have compensation for it and lawyer's advising fee?
4.      Can RAL dare to say that in good faith?  My mother sent two letters both in
postal and email to RAL Managing Director for humanitarian aid, but RAL did
not response?  Is it the inhumanity?
5.      Both KFA and RAL took care of my father's safety?  Both KFA and RAL did not
take any life insurance? Is it?  My father was accidentally passed away in
India while he was temporarily assigned in Hydrabirds.  So, we should have
compensation for it?

I WOULD LIKE TO REMIND YOU AND RAL THAT THERE IS NO MONEY WE HAVE GOT FROM RAL
WHICH ALSO MEAN THAT RAL DID NOT SEND MY FATHER'S SALARY UNTIL NOW.  RAL STILL
NEED TO SEND (27205.98 + COMPENSATION) FOR THE LONG TAKING OF MY FATHER'S
SALARY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE THAT LONG.
IF BOTH KFA AND RAL STILL MAKE INSISTING ON GIVING COMPENSATIONS TO US MEAN
THAT BOTH KFA AND RAL MAKE IRRESPO –NSIBLY, UNJUSTLY, INHUMALY TO OUR FAMILY
WITH UNFAIRNESS AND UNEITHICALLY.
THE NEGOTIATION TIME IS BEFORE GMT TIME 1200 OF 14TH SEPTEMBER 2009.
